1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The item is not damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is available
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Perishable goods (food items, groceries, etc.)
- Personal care products (opened/used)
- Innerwear and hygiene-related products
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

After verification, we will offer: Replacement, or Full refund

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Amount will be credited to: Original payment method, or Store wallet (if applicable). Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping Charges
Free returns for damaged/defective/wrong items
For other returns: Shipping charges may be deducted from refund Or borne by the customer (if self-shipped)
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund: Check your bank account again. Contact your bank/payment provider
